We loved the color scheme Troop 1238 developed for their site, which complements their stylish banner image.

Their Home page - and the How To Join Troop 1238 page - invite scouts to join the troop by providing links to the BSA registration form, with their troop pre-selected.  This is a great technique that we're starting to see used more frequently.

The Adult Leaders page has photos of most of their leaders, which we think is a great way for new scouts to associate names with faces.
