TroopWebHostCS now handles Cub Scout requirements like this:
With these adventures and badges, it is not necessary to complete all of the requirements. Requirement zero ("0.") will indicate what requirements are mandatory and where you can complete some, but not all.
Once the necessary subrequirements have been marked complete and you click a Save button, the higher level requirement will be automatically marked complete.
Version 1.2.9 of the TroopWebHost Mobile App is now available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This version includes these changes:
The Forum page now has a button that allows you to subscribe to all Forum topics.
Once you subscribe to the Forum, you will receive emails every day at around 3:00 PM eastern time for any topic that had new posts in the past 24 hours. Each email will contain all of the posts for a given topic, with the most recent at the top.
Subscribe now to make sure you don't miss out on the conversation!
The Forum now allows you to post your comment on the same page where you view all of the previous posts.
This allows you to refer to the previous comments when writing your post.
This is only for TroopWebHost sites. It does not apply to Cub Scout and Girl Scout sites.
You now have the option to view the BSA registration status of any adult who is signed up for an upcoming event.
This should only be used by troops who are using the TroopWebHost Recharter process. It will display a status of "YES" if the adult was included in the recharter for the year in which this event is scheduled.
This feature is controlled by a new security task: "View Participant BSA Registration Status". You can authorize any user role for this task by going to Administration → Security Configuration → Assign Tasks To Roles. Find "View Participant BSA Registration Status" on this list and click the Assign To Tasks button on that row. Put a checkmark next to any role that should be able to view this information, then click Save & Exit.
