This Month's Enhancements!

We plan to replace both of our servers by the end of the year with new, high performance systems.

We implemented a fee cap for Square ACH payments.

A new checkbox controls whether your spouse may sign you up for events, transfer money in or out of your account, and access other information.

Event locations may be disabled if they are no longer needed.

The Community Service Report by Person includes credit for other activity.

The New Scout Registration Form more closely matches the order of the BSA Youth Application form.

You may now configure a set of Sea Scout Ships.  Scouts may be assigned to a ship individually, or en masse using a new Update All page.  A new widget lets you manage the list of ships from the Membership Hub.

Other new widgets let you list the current Venturing members and Sea Scout members.

The Troop Account detail page now lets you see the reconciliation status of each transaction.

Version 1.7.8 of the TroopWebHost Mobile App is now available.

Website of the Month!

This Month We Salute

Troop 1347 of Burke, Virginia

There are actually two Troop 1347's in Burke, one for girls and one for boys, and they each have their own TroopWebHost site!  These sites are linked, so they can share their calendars and adult leadership information.  But they each have their own public presence by virtue of having separate sites.

The home page shown above is from the girls site and features a colorful montage of action shots.  The boys site has a similar banner image.

Both sites include a "How To Join" page and a "Contact Us" page, making it easy for new scouts to join the fun.  They each have a page honoring their Eagle scouts.

Check out the video slide shows on each site.  This is a great way to show off your troop's activities to potential new members!

Congratulations, Troop 1347 of Burke, Virginia!

Your award certificate is on its way to you!
