Update All

We've added three new Update All pages to the Troop menu that allow you to easily update patrol assignments, swim test results, and medical form dates for all scouts.

We'll give you all the details below, but first we'd like to welcome our latest subscribers:

Update All Patrol Assignments

Select Active Scouts Patrol Assignments from the Update All submenu on the Troop menu to view and update patrol assignments for all scouts in one easy operation.

Just remember to click the Save button when you're done.

Update All Swim Test Results

Select Active Scouts Swim Test from the Update All submenu on the Troop menu to view and update swim test results for all scouts.

Click the Save button to save your work.

Scouts can now view their swim test results from My Stuff → My Contact Information.  Parents can view their sons' swim test results from My Stuff → My Scouts.

There is a new Authorized Task, Maintain Swim Test Results, that allows you to authorize a leader for this specific page.

Update All Medical Form Dates

Select Active Scouts Medical Form Dates from the Update All submenu on the Troop menu to view and update any of the medical form dates for any scout, as shown above.

And yes, please remember to click the Save button to save your work.

There is a new Authorized Task, Maintain Medical Records, that allows you to authorize a leader for this specific page.
