Blue Cards and Award Cards

You can now print blue cards for merit badges that your scouts have started, using a new software package developed by one of our recent subscribers, Paul Davis of Troop 500 of Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Paul started his own company to distribute this software, which you can find on the web at www.Troop Awards.com.

We created an interface that allows you to download the necessary information in the correct format to load into the Troop Awards software.

To use this feature, select Export Troop Awards Advancement Files from the Advancement menu.  This will take you to a page shown below.

The Troop Awards software can also print Award Cards to help you prepare for a Court of Honor.

The same page shown above can also download all of your pending awards in the correct format for printing the Award Cards.

Pictorial Troop Directory

To safeguard the identity of your scouts, we do not support the ability to upload individual photos to your scouts' on-line membership records.

However, since the Troop Awards software is not web-based, they do not have the same privacy issues.  If you want to collect your scout and adult photos off-line, their software will allow you to print a directory that includes those photos.

We support this feature with another download function, which is available from Troop → Export Roster To Troop Awards.

Here is a fictitious example of a Troop Awards pictorial troop directory ....

Note: TroopWebHost is not affiliated with Troop Awards and is not responsible for supporting their software, which requires an additional fee.

Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions about this or any other features.

Thank you for your support!
