Bigger, Faster, Better

ProcessorDual quad core Xeon processor.   RAID 1 disks spinning at 15,000 RPM.   8GB of RAM.   SQL Server 2008 R2.

These words may or may not mean much to you, but they are sweet music to our ears.

Our new dedicated server is located in a secure data center in Lansing, Michigan, with support staff monitoring its operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This means our web sites will be faster and more reliable than ever before.

Redundant Redundancy

In order to keep your data safe, we've invested in several levels of protection:

  • Mirrored disk drives.   Our primary storage has a pair of disk drives that are continuously kept in synch.   If one drive fails, the data center staff will detect it and immediately install a replacement, with no loss of data.
  • Daily backups.   All data and images are backed up every day to a secondary disk drive.
  • Off-site backups.   The daily backups are copied to an off-site storage location every day.

Now, more than ever, your troop's information is safe and secure with TroopWebHost.

Thank you for your support!
