Merit Badge Counselors

This month we added support for merit badge counselors.

We are happy to welcome several new troops to our community.  Thank you!

  • Troop 37 of Overland Park, Kansas
  • Troop 266 of San Jose, California
  • Troop 533 of Sugar Hill, Georgia
  • Troop 624 of St Joseph, Michigan
  • Troop 807 of Yukon, Oklahoma

Please contact us at info@TroopWebHost.com with your questions and suggestions.

When you do, please mention your troop number and city in your message so we'll know exactly who you are.

Maintain A List of Available Merit Badge Counselors

ScoutTrack Upload

Any adult leader in your troop can be registered to be a merit badge counselor.

You can also use the system to keep track of other merit badge counselors in your area who are not members of your troop.

For more information on how to use this new feature, go to our User Guide.

Scouts Can Select A Merit Badge Counselor

Scouts can select a merit badge counselor
When a scout adds a merit badge that he plans to earn from the My Merit Badges page, he now has the ability to select a merit badge counselor from a list of those currently available.

He can then view this merit badge counselor's contact information, including e-mail addresses, so he can easily get in touch.

Merit Badge Counselors Can Sign Off On Requirements

Adult leaders will find a new item on their My Stuff menu: My Merit Badge Assignments.

This lists all of the merit badges for which he or she is registered.  Selecting one of those merit badges will display the page shown above.

From here you can select individual scouts to review and sign off on their requirements for this badge.

Learn more about this feature in our User Guide.

Thank you for your support!
