Reminders are personalized to each recipient and include a link to the calendar detail page for this event.

Curious about the “unsubscribe from this list” link that now appears at the bottom of
Troop Web Host email?
It's part of a system designed to ensure that
mail sent through our email service doesn't get labelled as spam, to keep our server from being blacklisted.
Having an unsubscribe link is not only the right thing to do, but in many cases is a legal requirement.
If you click on the link, it will stop the system from sending you any e-mail from your Troop Web Host site,
including event reminders and newsletters. There is no "Are you sure?" prompt - it takes effect as soon as you click on the link.
So here’s a tip: Advise your troop members not to click on the link unless they are leaving your troop.
And if someone accidentally or experimentally clicks on the link, have them
contact me so I can remove them from the unsubscribe list.
