We completed our server upgrades this month when we replaced our database server with a new 16 core Intel Xeon Gold 6226R processor with 64GB of memory and four SSD drives in a RAID 10 configuration. The new processor can support 166% more concurrent operations, with a 50% increase in clock speed and double the storage capacity.
We are now well prepared for future growth, so please keep telling your fellow Scouters about TroopWebHost! There's room for more!

Lodgemaster is the official BSA site for managing Order of the Arrow lodges.
TroopWebHost now has the ability to export a file containing the contact information for all OA candidates prior to an election. This file is in the correct format to import into Lodgemaster. You may then use Lodgemaster to manage the election and subsequent steps.
To produce this file, go to the Order of the Eligibility reports page (under Advancement → Order of the Arrow Reports), and look for the button (circled below) to Export Eligible Scouts To Lodgemaster File.
TroopWebHost can help you identify open leadership positions with this new feature.
First, go to Site Configuration → Leadership Positions and update each position which you would normally expect to be filled.
In the field circled below, enter the number of leaders you would normally expect to have in this position at any point in time. This will normally be "1" for most positions, but you may want to enter a higher number for assistant scoutmasters, committee members, patrol leaders, instructors, etc.
Once you've updated all of the appropriate leadership positions, go to the Leadership page, where you will see a new button, Unfilled Leadership Positions Report.
This will produce a report showing all of the leadership positions for which the number of active leaders is less than the number specified for that position.

Venturing Crews and Sea Scouts already had the ability to request sign off on rank requirements through the TroopWebHost mobile app.
They can now request sign off from your TroopWebHost website, as well.
Regardless of how they submit these requests, the requests will be added to the Sign-Off Request Queue where they can be approved or rejected by authorized leaders. If accepted, the requirement will be automatically marked complete.
From the My Stuff menu, scouts can select either My Venturing or My Sea Scouts.
As shown below, on these pages there is now a Request Sign Off On Requirements button, which will take you to a page where you can select requirements that you believe are now completed. Regardless of what tab you are on, this will only show you the uncompleted requirements for your next rank.

A field was added to the membership record to track when the last tetanus shot was received.
You can enter a value for this field using any of the membership detail pages. You can also upload it from TroopMaster, using either the Scout file or the Personal Data CSV export. The column heading in the CSV file should be "Tetanus".
This column has been added to the "Medical Form Submitted..." reports.
You can maintain this column for a group of members through any of the "Update All...Medical Form Dates" pages, like the one shown below.
This feature is not applicable to Cub Scout and Girl Scout sites.
