Create Group Transaction From An Event

There is a new button on the Event Balances detail page: Add Group Transaction For Participants. This button will allow you to create a group transaction, with all of the members who signed up for this event pre-selected.

Users who are authorized to enter financial information will also see this button at the bottom of the event detail page when they select an event from the Troop Calendar.

Override Amount on Group Transaction

You can now override the amount for an individual on a Group Transaction, simply by entering a value in the new Override Amount field, as shown at right.

This will come in handy when charging for campouts when some scouts bring guests or incur additional costs.

Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions about these or any other features.

Thank you for your support!
