E-Mail Attachments

As shown above, you can now attach up to three documents to your e-mail messages.   This feature was requested by a number of our troops, and we were happy to oblige.

Receipts, Statements, and Certificates

While we were at it, we added the ability to attach files to other records:

  • Receipts may be attached to monetary transactions, as shown at right
  • Bank statements may be attached to statement reconciliation records
  • Certificates may be attached to adult training and scout training records

Event Participation Annual Summary

We created a new report that shows the total camping nights, hiking miles and service hours earned by each scout - and each adult - for each year that you have on file.

You'll find this report on the Advancement Reports submenu.

Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions about these or any other features.

Thank you for your support!
