Our Group Online

Over the past few years we have received many requests from scouters who also belong to other organizations that could use a service like TroopWebHost to manage their groups on-line.

In response, we are very pleased to announce Our Group Online!

This new web hosting service is a great choice for any club or service organization that needs the membership, calendar, finance, and communications features of TroopWebHost.

Youth athletic groups, band booster clubs, community service organizations like Rotary, sailing clubs, book clubs, and volunteer groups are just a few of the organizations that can benefit from Our Group Online.

Cub Scout packs will find this to be an excellent solution, since the Awards list is no longer tied to the Boy Scout awards list in TroopWebHost.  We already have one Cub Scout pack using it and they tell us they are delighted with their site.

Adult Awards

You now have the ability to record BSA™ awards for adult members of your troop.

This new function is available from the Advancement Reports menu.

You can assign awards to adult members just like scouts.

Each adult can view the status of his/her awards by selecting My Awards (Adult) from the My Stuff menu.

Adult awards will be included on the Pending Awards page and in the Pending Award Counts and Pending Award Labels reports.

The date awarded for adult awards will be affected by the Set Award Date page.
